Become a Mentor

Are you an alumnus/alumna of a business and/or engineering programme? Do you have fond memories of student rallies? Do you feel like meeting students in a friendly, informal setting, to talk to them about your role in your company?

Each student team competing in the decathlon will be coached by a mentor from one of the corporate partners: mentor a student team!

Your task:

–    Guide your team members all day
–    Make sure they attend the events
–    Explain your business line and career in simple, frank terms
–    Support your team throughout the competition
–    Accompany your team to the career round tables
